All prices are in USD. Payment is triggered upon formal written acceptance of each deliverable by PARTISIPA. We propose a maximum 5 business day review window per deliverable to maintain schedule integrity.
Hosting included: OniT will host and maintain the PARTISIPA website on our production server infrastructure (Hetzner VPS, SSL, automated backups, uptime monitoring) for the full contract period plus 12 months post-launch at no additional cost. No hosting fees, no setup headaches for PARTISIPA. After 12 months, PARTISIPA can transfer to their own hosting or continue with OniT at a standard maintenance rate.

We use Claude Code and AI-first workflows across all production work — the same tooling that allowed us to build and deploy a full national education management system in under four weeks. For a WordPress communications site, this compresses the build phase to days, not weeks.
We already understand the Timor-Leste context, the development sector communication norms, municipal content structures, low-bandwidth constraints, and bilingual editorial workflows. We don't need to learn these — we live and work here.
OniT runs on a 2-person founding team with minimal overhead. We pass that efficiency to clients in our pricing. Our goal is long-term relationships and references — not margin extraction on one contract.
After 13 years of Timor-Leste web work, we have a library of components — bilingual toggle patterns, municipal data layouts, low-bandwidth image pipelines, WCAG-compliant design systems — that we adapt rather than rebuild from scratch.
